Formuler has recently been made aware of counterfeit (fake) Formuler GTV-IR1 remotes being sold in the market. Counterfeit Formuler GTV-IR1 remotes do not display the authentic Formuler logo and/or have a fake logo printed on them. Counterfeit GTV-IR1 remotes have inferior build quality which may cause safety and compatibility issues.
We issue this warning to all customers to avoid confusion and provide transparency.
Selling counterfeit products is illegal and punishable by civil and criminal courts according to the trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws and regulations. Formuler will work with authorities to actively cease illegal sales and confiscate these counterfeit products to the maximum extent granted by governing laws.
